R.-4 26-1987 Approval by the Board of Education of Award to Bid (RFP) No. 26-174NS: Produce, Fresh Fruits, and Vegetables K-12 Meal Program and Approval of Contract Agreement by and between the District and Gold Star Foods, Ontario, CA, for the latter to provide fresh fruits and vegetable products, as the highest-scoring, best value proposer, rejecting all other bids or proposals, in an amount not to exceed $2,000,000.00, per fiscal year, effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, unless terminated earlier pursuant to Section 15 (Termination) of Agreement, with two (2) one-year options to renew, contingent upon competitive pricing and upon all terms and conditions of this Agreement having been met to the satisfaction of OUSD, upon further approval of the Board.
