Can you PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE Ensure that Dial In Participants are Heard in the Meeting Room. On the last board meeting, i tried joining part of the meeting by phone, and could not be heard. This has been an ongoing problem for a very long time, and really causes an inconvenience and safety risk, as well, as i end up getting out with my son after dark, due to this.
Please test the system in advance, and if possible please email our committee leaders and staff that i'm connected to, or email me directly to let me know i'm clear to call in on wednesday. This really must be fixed, I would really appreciate it, and thank you. ~Sincerely,
