R.-40 26-1909 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and Cold Air Refrigeration, Inc., dba Cold Temp, Martinez, CA, for the latter to provide as-needed commercial refrigeration maintenance and repair services at District Nutrition Services facilities and school sites, including diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance of commercial refrigeration and freezer equipment, with work requested on a per-call basis by authorized District staff, with service available during regular business hours and after hours, weekends, and holidays when needed, via Nutrition Services Department, for the period of August 17, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $54,890.00.
