R.-5 26-1804 Approval by the Board of Education of an Oakland Unified School District Master Agreement for General Services by and between the District and IDA Structural Engineers, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Structural Engineering Services at various school sites, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Master Agreement and of the written project assignments - identifying the applicable services to be performed by the contractor, the applicable compensation, schedule, deliverables and any project specific requirements - executed by the Parties substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit 1, in the not-to-exceed amount of $0.00, commencing on September 24, 2026, with an anticipated end date of June 30, 2028, except as otherwise stated in Section 4 of this Master Agreement.
