R.-50 26-1880 Approval by the Board of Education of the updated Participation Agreement by and between Self Insured Schools of California. Bakersfield, CA and Oakland Unified School District, adding the following change to the contract, "Section D: Agreement by Third Parties No contract or engagement shall be executed with any third party involved in electronic eligibility data or related services without prior approval from SISC III and a fully executed SISC Business Associate Agreement (BAA)", effective July 1, 2026. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement (Legislative File No. 14-1983, Enactment No. 14-1690, September 23, 2014) remain in full force and effect.
