R.-43 26-1814 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and HERO, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a structured recess program designed to enhance student engagement, reduce conflicts, and create a safe and inclusive playground environment; provide active supervision, guiding students in conflict resolution and promoting teamwork; provide to upper grade students the Young HERO Program, a daily leadership initiative focused on responsibility, inclusion, and fair play, each activity, more specifically described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Horace Mann Elementary School, for the period of August 10, 2026 through May 27, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $45,000.00.
