R.-37 26-1796 Ratification by the Board of Education of a No Cost Services Agreement (NCSA) and a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA), both, by and between the District and Accelerating Literacy Leadership Institute, Oakland, CA, for the latter, under the NCSA, to provide literacy support services to schools and central teams, for the period of August 13, 2026 through August 13, 2027, and under the DSA defining the terms and conditions of the District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with Accelerating Literacy Leadership Institute and the protection by Accelerating Literacy Leadership Institute of such data, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated in the DSA, for the same term as specified in the NCSA, each Agreement, via the Academics and Instruction Department, at no cost to the District.
