R.-34 26-1787 Ratification by the Board of Education of a No Cost Services Agreement (NCSA) and a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA), both, by and between the District and Trybe, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter, under the NCSA, to provide afterschool drop-in programming at San Antonio Park Courts, the after school drop in center, for students of various schools, primarily Roosevelt Middle School, Garfield Elementary School and Oakland High School, residing in the San Antonio, Fruitvale, Eastlake Communities, to be engaged in college and career mentorship and peer development activities; additional support of students provided through mentorship engagement with students teachers and families, for the period of August 13, 2026 through August 12, 2027, and under the DSA, defining the terms and conditions of the District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with Trybe, Inc., and the protection by Trybe, Inc., of such data, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated in the DSA, for the same term as specified in the NCSA, each Agreement, via the Office of Secondary Readiness, at no cost to the District.
