R.-18 26-1719 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and CloudBase Services, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to implement targeted enhancements to the District's existing Summer Learning platform that will improve timekeeping, payroll preparation, reporting, workflow automation, based on operational experience gained during the successful implementation of the 2026 Summer Learning Program and are designed to strengthen District business processes, more specifically described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, while preparing the platform for continued Development, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of August 1, 2026 through September 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
