R.-14 26-1692 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement (SA) and Data Sharing Agreement (DSA), both, by and between the District and Invo Healthcare Associates, LLC (Invo), Tampa, FL, for the latter to provide seven full-time mental health clinicians and seven full-time mental/behavioral health technicians to provide federally and state mandated IEP Mental Health Services Outpatient (OP) model, providing individual counseling in accordance with student IEPs within the school, community, or home setting with students from across multiple district schools; provide one full-time therapeutic behavior support provider for students with high risk needs and a program supervisor to provide programmatic support and clinical supervision, for the period of August 5, 2026 through June 30, 2029, in an amount not to exceed $70,000.00, and under the DSA defining the terms and condition of the Districts transmission of or sharing of pupil data with Invo Healthcare Associates, LLC and the protection by Invo Healthcare Associates, LLC, of such data, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated in the DSA, for the same term, via the Special Education Department.
