R.-12 26-1681 Ratification by the Board of Education of a No Cost Services Agreement (NCSA) and a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA), both, by and between the District and the Board of Trustees of Stanford University, on behalf f its Stanford Graduate School of Education, Stanford, CA, for the latter, under the NCSA, to partner with OUSD teachers to provide support for teachers' own goals though co-planning sessions and grow of their practice through thought partnership w/ researchers and other participants; provide OUSD with aggregated and de-identified information about multilingual learner math language practices which will be integrated into classrooms based on the participating teachers' goals; and facilitate OUSD to gain access to open-source tools built on the project to assess student math talk, for the period of January 30, 2026 through December 31, 2026, and under the DSA defining the terms and conditions of the District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with the Board of Trustees of Stanford University, or its agent, and the protection by the Board of Trustees of Stanford University, or its agent, of such data, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated in the DSA, via, the Department of Secondary Instruction and the Research and Assessment Department (RAD), for the same term as specified in the NCSA, each Agreement, at no cost to the District.
