R.-9 26-1780 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and William L. Winston, Education Consulting LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to develop and maintain partnerships with colleges and universities to support new teacher recruitment and educator pipeline development through Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), including initiating and maintaining communication with designated college and university representatives responsible for MOU development, coordinating the MOU process, drafting and negotiating MOU terms and content, obtaining required approval from the District's Legal Department, and submitting, monitoring, and tracking MOUs through the District's Talent/Human Resources Department approval process, via Talent / Human Resources Department, for the period of August 10, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $12,000.00.
