R.-8 26-1778 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and Cooperative Personnel Services, Sacramento, CA, for the latter to conduct classification studies for positions identified by the District, including the distribution and review of completed Position Description Questionnaires (PDQs), conducting desk audit interviews with incumbents and supervisors, analyzing classification and organizational data, evaluating the appropriate classification alignment of positions, and recommending revisions to existing classification specifications as needed; develop new classification specifications to accurately reflect the duties, responsibilities, and qualifications of newly identified or significantly changed when warranted; work collaboratively with the District's Human Resources Department to ensure that all classification recommendations are aligned with District policies, organizational needs, and applicable best practices, via the Talent/Human Resources Department, for the period of July 22, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $11,680.00.
