Second Shift Work Adjustment (+$11,922.86): Added to cover the premium/cost differential for installing CO2 sensors during second shift in active classrooms. reducing the Agreement from $9,837,080.68 to $7,815,753.66, for the CAL Shape Design-Build Facilities Planning and Management Project. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
