PC0#6 ASI 03 - Ceiling Conduit Support (+$2,380.82): Added for installation of additional conduit supports per ASI 03, including 3/4" J-hangers, threaded rods. anchors, and related electrical support work required for new conduits above the restroom ceiling based on the City Electric Service layout. 4. PC0#7 Bathroom Lighting Fixture Upgrade (+$1,825.12): Added for the cost difference between the originally proposed Lithonia F1/F1A bathroom light fixtures and the architect-requested Prudential BOLT PRO LED fixtures." for the latter to provide foretasted additional work, as part of the Markham Elementary School Boys Toilet Renovation Project, in the not-to-exceed net amount of $11,796.39, increasing the contract price from $238,475.00 to $250,271.39 and extending the Agreement term from June 1, 2026, through July 31, 2026, to August 21, 2026, an extension of twenty-three (23) calendar days.
