R.-4 26-1713 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 2, Agreement for Maintenance by and between the District and DecoTech Systems, Walnut Creek, CA, for the latter to provide additional general maintenance services necessary to address the ongoing nature of this maintenance contract and continued service to ensure continuity of security cameras and door entry systems maintenance services, for the Various Sites Security Camera Maintenance Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $43,077.00, increasing contract price from $520,850.00 to $563,927.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
