R.-42 26-1643 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2026-2027 by and between the District and Elevate Oakland, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Transitional Kindergarten/Kindergarten (TK/K) art programming at Hintil Child Development Center, Kaiser Elementary School, La Escuelita Elementary School, Burbank Elementary School, Highland Elementary School, Lincoln Elementary School, and Chabot Elementary School, with services including up to 184 instructional hours over a 30-week period, with programming provided up to two days per week and classes lasting up to one hour each, with service up to 361 students through engaging, hands-on arts instruction designed to foster creativity, artistic skill development, and self-expression, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of August 3, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $81,000.00.
