R.-40 26-1641 Approval by the Board of Education of Sixth Amendment, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by and between the District and Alameda County Department of Probation (ACDP), Oakland, CA, extending the term of the Agreement from June 1, 2019 through September 30, 2026 to September 30, 2027, and authorizing the District to continue implementing the CAMP Program during the 2026-2027 school year using a reallocation of up to $192,713.00 from previously unspent CAMP funds, with no increase to the current not to exceed amount of $1,787,984.00. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain in full force and effect.
