R.-38 26-1638 Ratification by the Board of Education of a No Cost Services Agreement (NCSA) and a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA), both, by and between the District and Oakland Tech Exchange, Oakland, CA, for the latter, under the SA, to provide services to help approximately 70 students with workforce development and college access programming, with students receiving hands on training in computer hardware, operating systems, and college and career coaching, for the period of August 13, 2026 through August 13, 2027, and under the DSA defining the terms and conditions of the District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with Oakland Tech Exchange and the protection by Oakland Tech Exchange of such data, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated in the DSA, for the same term as specified in the SA, each Agreement, at no cost to the District.
