R.-35 26-1634 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement by and between the District and Omer H. Wahla, WMS LLC, Elk Grove, CA, for the latter to provide licensed school-based physical therapy services to support students in accessing their educational programs, including PT evaluations, treatment aligned with IEP goals, direct and consultative therapy, equipment recommendations, IEP participation, and documentation, with all services delivered by a California-licensed Physical Therapist in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations, IDEA requirements, and District policies, in person or via telehealth as mutually agreed [among the Parties], via the Special Education Department, for the period of August 13, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $119,100.00.
