R.-10 26-1599 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Professional Services Agreement by and between the District and NV5 Consultants, Inc., San Rafael, CA, providing a time extension from August 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, to June 30, 2027 (an additional 365 calendar days), for the latter to continue supporting the Investment Grade Audit (IGA) and serving the District as new opportunities arise and the project development process becomes more defined, at no increase in cost, for the Oakland Unified School District Phase II & III PV Project. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
