R.-6 26-1593 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Construction Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Brite Painting & Decorating Inc, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide construction services which include removing all debris from wall surfaces, prepping and sanding all cabinetry, masking and priming all areas, and applying a finish coat of paint to both classroom walls and cabinetry for the Carl Munck Elementary Transitional Kindergarten Hub Expansion Project, as described in the proposal dated June 24, 2026, attached to this Agreement as Exhibit A, in the amount of $5,000.00, with the work commencing July 7, 2026, and being completed by August 1, 2026.
