R.-3 26-1587 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Inspector of Record Services by and between the District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional Assistant Inspector of Record Services for the McClymonds High School Modernization Project required by the Division of the State Architect, as detailed in the proposal dated April 8, 2026, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, in an additional amount of $409,920.00, increasing the not-to-exceed amount of Agreement from $705,408.00 to $1,115,328.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
