R.-1 26-1294 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Agreement for Materials Testing and Special Inspection Services by and between the District and Inspection Services, Inc., Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide additional inspection services which include additional review of concrete mix designs, DSA shotcrete inspection, shotcrete preconcreting evaluation, shotcrete compression cores, and glulam shop inspections, as outlined in the Proposal dated April 29, 2026, attached to this Amendment as Exhibit A, in the additional not-to-exceed amount of $36,245.55, increasing the Agreement not-to-exceed amount from $57,269.30 to $93,514.85, for the unchanged time period of April 10, 2025, through December 31, 2025, to December 31, 2026, for the Fremont High School Modernization Project. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
