R.-243 26-1513 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Creative Supports, Inc., Pleasanton, CA, for the latter to provide additional ergonomic equipment (chairs, adjustable height table bases, specialized keyboards, mice, footrests and monitor risers as an example) per Cal-OSHA requirements resulting from ergonomic evaluations to which OUSD employees are entitled and support services including delivery, placement and adjustment of all equipment and products when needed, for the unchanged period of July 01, 2025 through June 30, 2026, in the additional amount of $30,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $99,000.00 to $129,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
