R.-237 26-1467 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No.1, Services Agreement 2023-2026 by and between the District and The Segal Company (Western States) Inc., Glendale, CA, for the latter to continue providing benefits related consulting services to the HBGB (Health Benefits Governance Board) and District, as stated in Exhibit A of the Agreement, increasing the rate of compensation from $400.00 to $420.00 per hour effective July 1, 2026, with no change in the amount not to exceed $201,000.00 per year, not to exceed $603,000.00 for term, and extending the term of the Agreement from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2029. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
