R.-221 26-1518 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Quest Education Center, LLC dba Quest Nursing Education Center, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide accelerated career training for 35 OUSD Alumni through the OUSD Alumni Highway to Work programs: classroom instruction and placements and instruction in designated Skilled Nursing Facilities; classroom didactic instruction for three weeks based on a collaborative calendar set by Quest and OUSD; then facilitate clinical rotations at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) for three weeks; students CNA exam at Quest when they have completed the SNF rotations, via Oakland Adult and Career Education Department, for the period of May 30, 2026 through April 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $87,500.00.
