R.-216 26-1231 Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and BAMA Institute, LLC, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide a Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) course and a phlebotomy course for 28 students for through the Oakland Highway to Work program. The CPR course includes CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) training and certification. BAMA will provide classroom didactic instruction for a phlebotomy course as well as the licensing exam and support to obtain the CPT 1 License from the California Department of Public Health via Adult and Career Education Department, for the period of June 2, 2026 through June 30, 2026 in an amount not to exceed $14,500.00.
