R.-214 26-1105 Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Oakland Public Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter to manage the stipend process for student interns involved with the pathway-based summer Work-Based Learning program, Exploring College, Career, and Community Options (ECCCO), including setting up the intern stipend process and timeline, issuing stipend payments as directed by OUSD's Work-Based Learning Coordinator on the agreed-upon timeline, resolving stipend issues in a professional manner, invoicing OUSD for the amount of processed stipends, and issuing year-end tax documents to stipend recipients at McClymonds High School, for the period of June 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $13,800.00.
