R.-129 26-1486 Ratification by the Board of Education of a No Cost Services Agreement (SA) and a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA), both, by and between the District and the 3Ls The Academy, Oakland, CA, for the latter, under the SA, to provide (1) family literacy workshops, offered on evenings or weekends, (2) student tutoring, delivered by trained and fingerprinted tutors; and (3) principal leadership coaching, focused on building site capacity for literacy improvement, each, at Acorn Woodland, Fred T Korematsu Discovery Academy, La Escuelita Elementary, Oakland Academy of Knowledge, Laurel Elementary, and Horace Mann Elementary Schools, for the term commencing July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2030, and under the DSA defining the terms and conditions of the District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with 3Ls The Academy and the protection by 3Ls The Academy of such data, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated in the DSA, for the same term as specified in the SA, each Agreement, at no cost to the District.
