R.-128 26-1481 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, College and Career Access Pathways (CCAP) Partnership Agreement by and between the District and the Peralta Community College District (PCCD), Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide the College and Career Access Pathway (CCAP), complying with the requirements outlined under AB 288, memorializing the collaboration for the CCAP Program, and setting forth the mutual rights and responsibilities and the terms of the relationship of the Parties and the Courses, for District students enrolled in the CCAP at PCCD, extending the term of the Agreement from July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027. All other terms and condition of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
