R.-125 26-1440 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement (SA) and a Data Use Agreement (DUA), each, by and between the District and Care Solace, Inc., Los Angeles, CA, for the latter, under the SA, to continue to provide a) Software-As-A-Service ("SaaS") platform through which Oakland Unified School District ("OUSD") and its authorized users may access Student Services Information Management Services, Care Coordination Services, and b) Care Companion Services; c) "All-in-One EMR" Billing Services, each as defined in Exhibit A of the SA, in the additional amount of $86,000.00, increasing the not-to-exceed amount for the SA from $86,000.00 to $172,000.00 and extending the term of the SA from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027 and the DUA, defining the terms and conditions of the District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with Care Solace, Inc., and the protection by Care Solace, Inc., of such data, for the same term as the Amended, SA, each, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department
