R.-124 26-1439 Ratification by the Board of Education of a No Cost Services Agreement (SA) and a Data Sharing Agreement (DSA), both, by and between the District and MISSSEY Inc. (Motivating, Inspiring, Supporting, and Serving Sexually Exploited Youth), Oakland, CA, for the latter, under the SA, to provide prevention and support programs for youth attending OUSD schools, with this initiative centering youth voices, strengthen protective factors, and providing culturally responsive education and supportive services for young people who may be vulnerable to sexual exploitation, trafficking, and other forms of sexual violence and programs and/or services as further described in Exhibit A of the SA, for the term commencing August 3, 2026 through July 30, 2029, and under the DSA, defining the terms and conditions of the District's transmission of or sharing of pupil data with MISSSEY, Inc. and the protection by MISSSEY, Inc., of such data pursuant to the terms and conditions stated in the DSA, for the same term as specified in the SA; each Agreement, at no cost to the District.
