R.-87 26-1118 Ratification by the Board of Education of a No Cost Services Agreement by and between the District and the Regents of the University of California, on behalf of the UC Berkeley Public Service Center (UCBPSC), Berkeley, CA (Vendor), a subcontractor of Bay Area Community Resources ("BACR"), to provides after school literacy-based tutoring and reading support (i.e., BUILD) to students in BACR afterschool programs operating in Oakland Unified School District (OUSD), with such literary-based tutoring and reading support subject to the terms and conditions: of the 02/06/2026 dated Services Agreement between BACR and Vendor; of the June 29, 2022 Services Agreement between OUSD and BACR and of this No Cost Agreement, all as specified in Exhibit A of this Agreement, for the term April 17, 2026 through June 30, 2029, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, at no cost to the District.
