R.-57 26-1585 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2 to the Education Technology Joint Powers Authority ("EdTech JPA") Purchase Agreement between the District and EMS LINQ, LLC, Wilmington, NC, for the continued provision of licensing, upgrades, and support for the TITAN Nutrition Management System for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $164,797.50 The District previously determined that it is in the best interest of the District to piggyback on and enter into a contract with EMS LINQ, LLC properly entered into through the EdTech JPA (Resolution No. 2526-0155, File ID No. 25-3037, approved January 14, 2026). All other terms and conditions of the agreement remain in full force and effect.
