R.-44 26-1470 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 1, Agreement Between Owner and Contractor by and between the District and Nicholas Guiterrez doing business as N G Builder Company, Santa Clara, CA, for the latter to Furnish and install PIP safety surfacing (TK-K play structure area); Asphalt demolition, DG installation, and garden fencing removal and Miscellaneous additional work, as identified in the PCOs No. 2-4, for the Emerson Elementary School Site Improvements Project, in the not to exceed amount of $109,916.02, increasing the Agreement price from $397,666.00 to $507,582.02. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
