R.-39 26-1432 Approval by the Board of Education of a Oakland Unified School District Master Agreement for General Services by and between the District and Sandis Civil Engineers Surveyors and Planners, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide land surveying services at various school sites, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Master Agreement and of the written project assignments executed by the Parties substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, in the not-to-exceed amount of $0, commencing on June 25, 2026 and ending on June 30, 2028, except as otherwise stated in Section 4 of this Master Agreement, and Contractor shall complete the Services within the term.
