R.-36 26-1345 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Amendment for Project Assignment, pursuant to the Oakland Unified School District Master Agreement (MA) for General Services, dated June 25, 2026, incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full (Enactment No. TBA), except as may be provided otherwise by this Amendment, and as further described in Contractor's proposal attached hereto as Exhibit 1, by and between the District and Langan CA, Inc, Oakland, CA, for latter to provide environmental site assessment consulting services for Washington Early Child Development Center at Sankofa Campus, in the not-to-exceed amount of $32,450.00, which shall commence on June 25, 2026, and shall end upon the completion of all assigned project pursuant to the MA. All other terms and conditions of the MA remain in full force and effect.
