R.-34 26-1341 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Project Assignment (Agreement for Architectural Services), pursuant to the Oakland Unified School District Architect Services Master Agreement for Various School Projects, entered into June 26, 2026, incorporated herein by reference as if set forth in full (Enactment No. TBD), by and between the District and K2A , LLP dba K2A Architecture + Interiors, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide design services and project description from schematic design through construction and closeout of the Early Childhood Center at Washington Sankofa Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $898,296.00 which includes a not-to-exceed amount of $81,663.00 for additional services, with scope to include designing six TK/PreK classrooms with Timber Quest for DSA precheck and topographic survey and site utility location, cost estimation, stakeholder engagement, procurement, and construction administration services, which shall commence on June 25, 2026, and is scheduled to last until June 30, 2028. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
