R.-32 26-1338 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Amendment for Project Assignment, pursuant to the Oakland Unified School District Master Agreement for Material Testing and Special Inspection Services (MA), effective June 25, 2026 (Enactment No. TBD), except as may be provided otherwise by this Amendment, and as further described in Contractor's proposal dated May 18, 2026, attached hereto as Exhibit A, by and between the District and ISI Inspection Services, Inc., Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide Material Testing and Special Inspection Services for the Skyline High School Field Lighting Replacement Project, as further described in Exhibit A of the Amendment, in the additional not-to-exceed amount of $22,693.55, increasing the Agreement's not-to-exceed amount from $13,204.40 to $35,897.95. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
