R.-21 26-1311 Approval by the Board of Education of an Oakland Unified School District Master Agreement for General Services by and between the District and Langan CA, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide geotechnical and geohazard consulting services, for the District from time to time, pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Master Agreement and of the written project assignments executed by the Parties substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, in the not-to-exceed amount of $0, commencing on June 25, 2026, and ending on June 30, 2028, except as otherwise stated in Section 4 of the Master Agreement, and the Contractor shall complete the Services within the term.
