R.-7 26-1202 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 2, Amendment for Project Assignment, pursuant to the Oakland Unified School District Master Project Inspector of Record Services Agreement (MA), dated January 29, 2026 (Enactment No. 26-0118), except as may be provided otherwise by this Amendment, and as further described in Contractor's April 24, 2026 proposal attached hereto as Exhibit 1, by and between the District and Anthonio, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide Inspector of Record Services, for the newly reconstructed asphalt driveway, including preparing daily logs and overseeing the proper compaction process as required for Division of the State Architect (DSA) Projects, for the Bret Harte Middle School Asphalt Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $10,560.00, increasing the Agreement's not-to-exceed amount from $575,826.00 to $586,386.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
