R.-3 26-1048 Approval by the Board of Education of Change Order No. 2, Lease-Leaseback Contract by and between the District and Cahill Contractors LLC, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional construction services for the Phases I and II Change Requests, delineated in Preliminary Change Orders (PCOs) Nos. 2 thru 12, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Fremont High School Modernization Project, in the not-to-exceed amount of $277,041.24, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $10,922,885.00 to $11,757,368.71. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
