R.-50 26-1260 Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Claremont Partners, Inc., Fresno, CA, for the latter to continue to provide the unchanged services, including employee health benefits communications and secretarial services, to the labor-management Health Benefits Governance Board ("HBGB"), by extending the term of the agreement from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026 to June 30, 2027, at the unchanged cost of $36,000.00 annually, via the Risk Management Department. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
