R.-49 26-0263A Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Jon K Takata Corporation dba Restoration Management Company, Livermore, CA, for the latter to continue to provide environmental clean-up related services to reduce risk at OUSD school sites, in an additional amount of $71,000, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $99,000.00 to $170,000.00, and extending the term of the Agreement from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026, to June 30, 2027, via the Risk Management Department. All other terms and conditions of the Services Agreement remain in full force and effect.
