R.-45 26-1268 Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2025-2026 by and between the District and Kids 1st Foundation, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional financial coverage of an airfare cost adjustment incurred for the arrangements for the travel and lodging for added students from McClymonds High School that visited historically Black colleges and universities, for the unchanged period of February 6, 2026 through April 15, 2026, in the amount of $7,550.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $69,000.00 to an amount not to exceed $76,550.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
