R.-40 26-1259 Approval by the Board of Education of a K-12 Strong Workforce Program Data Sharing Memorandum of Understanding by and between California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office (CCCCO) and the District, pursuant to the terms and conditions under which District agrees to release confidential student data to the Chancellor's Office to fulfill data reporting obligations set forth in the Strong Workforce Program (SWP) Program and the Chancellor's Offices responsibilities to protect such data pursuant to terms and conditions enumerated in said Agreement, effective when signed by all Parties and remains in effect while the District remains a grantee under the K12 SWP, unless terminated by either party pursuant to Section VIII of the MOU.
