    I appreciate these documents and the clarity they provide. I am trying to understand how these interact with the Proposed Budget. Specifically, the 10% reduction in SPED contributions seems like it might be difficult to accomplish. Many of the required tasks which will inform where the saving might come from have not been started yet. Nonetheless, I see that in the MYP, there is an 11% reduction in 28-29 in contributions. Are you counting on these reductions before investigating if they are possible? Have you already budgeting those savings, and now must realize them in one way or another?
