I get very frustrated with the environment here in Oakland where it has taken lawyers to get the school board to *start* to take the negative experience of Jewish students seriously. Protecting Jewish students doesn’t mean never teaching about Arabs, or teaching that Israel can do no wrong. It doesn’t require censorship, we only ask for balance.
