26-1322 Adoption by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 2526-0137- District's Third Interim Financial Report for Fiscal Year 2025-26, as of April 30, 2026, and Board Certification of said Report as "Positive" to the Alameda County Superintendent of Schools.
For us community members that have been worried, it would be reassuring to know some specifics about how the Scenerio 3 process is going and what to expect in the future. Furthermore, board directors and public speakers have been repeatedly requesting more details, not just assurances. And that should start with details about this third interim report.
- Please share the Assumptions page. This usually lists increased costs from recent labor agreements, anticipated attendance and health-care increases. All of that information is important context for understanding our situation.
- Please share details about all of the "adjustments" that act as reductions. Are these the result of work from Scenerio 3? Or are these additional reductions that must be made in the future?
- Please share the Step & Column increases in the MYP. These are blank.
- Please share how Contributions from Unrestricted to Restricted will be reduced by over 11% in two years after a history of steady increases.
